Please pray that we sell our current house. We purchased a new house on Feburary 29th with an April 30th closing date, which is looming. We listed our current townhouse on March 1, and things were looking good then the pandemic hit. Now buyers are not looking and we are going to have 2 mortgage payments as of May 1. Very scary. We can do it for a short time, but we need to sell quickly or risk financial harm.
